Great customer service! I called and asked for a tobacco flavor salt nic for my vape (which is very hard to find). They said they had it and when I got there he was super polite and very helpful, not to mention the store is very inviting and orderly.The product is 100% satisfactory and I will be coming here more often. Highly recommend. Wonderful people.

I had a very bad experience, for one the vapes are expensive, and I purchased a vape that will not hold charge I went back to the store the women that was working told me see could not replace but the manager would be there Tuesday and he could she said the only thing needed was my transaction history showing proof that I purchased it. Well today is Tuesday when I tried to get the broken vape replaced they said they needed the old one which I would had with me had she told me that me previously. No one carries a broken vape around. I do not recommend buying anything here or any of the stores in kc that are run by this poor management

Haven't seen the girl with multicolored hair in a bit. She knew her stuff, don't think I'm gonna return honestly. Especially now that they hired that one guy, who is not very friendly. 2 stars because at least the other female employee was friendly and helpful.
