I've tried most dispensaries. Too pricey and the carts get clogged and stop working.

Back to upndate!! And happy to do so. I dont know what made the change, but super impressed recently. Quality flower and the ediables.. chocolate truffle! Are yiu kidding me. So good. They added some programs recently thats definitely worth checking out too! The team up front, much more helpful and inviting. I asked if new owners and was told nope. Way to go team Flower! Missoula best right here folks. For now, you know how the world works. Update 1 star to 4! I don't know what happen to this place. But it's gone down hard over the pass three months. From customer service to available product. Trash. Try some place else Update 01/19 Thought ild give them one more chance to earn my business. Hasn't gotten better only worse. And then to have and owners call a medical customer a liar? No more. You'll do better down the street. What happen to your first? Deleted it? Arguing with customers does give a bad lookm 2. I only give reviews to help other consumers. And it's not every place I go. Just the ones that were extremely disappointing. No point in a review is everyone in town knows it's trash and on ther other hand no point to give 5 Stat is everyone knows they are stellar. End of day I have my right to post as I wish. 3. I have been in since. Your mint kush was best around. Unfortunately wasn't long before you nickle and gram that too. Kind of shady tactic, but hey whatever to keep the lights on I guess. 4. Bribe for you best in town votes. Only dispensary that I noticed, and I visit quite a few. Not complaining, a free pre roll is a free pre roll. 5. Why not just do better? Tell ya what. I'll come in again, today. And if it's good, of the service has improved and my minimum expectation is meet, I'll fix my star rating. Finally, I'm in customer service myself. I work in the wonderful town of ours. Bad reviews aren't pleasant, youre not gonna win them all. I get it. But I take those and try to improve. I don't argue, I dont simply dismiss them either. I just try and fix the issue. An employee initiated this curt and patronizing confrontation with me at checkout about a review I had left previously (which wasn’t even a negative review lol). Totally unprofessional, I just walked away - you don't escalate and challenge customers like that. I’ve been coming here for months, I was really liking this place and had no real problems, but after this completely unnecessary experience I don't know if I'm gonna come back. I like Flower’s products, but I'm not gonna give them my money if they're gonna be condescending and rude. Update: once I got home and opened the bag I noticed she even gave me the wrong product. Lol, I don't have time for this, plenty of other dispensaries around.

The most knowledgeable well-informed Percival patient and kind budtenders in the city there's no staff more kind and carrying in Missoula I'm just bummed that their prices continue to go up but not the quality so unfortunately I got to find somewhere else to buy my medical because I can't afford the 30 plus dollars for RSO that I can get for eight in Spokane is Obama the medical patients are getting gouged when they're the reason this even came to fruition

Gotta edit my review because you can’t just post another one. I chucked super hard and ended up running out to my car mid transaction twice and despite being slammed with customers the dispo woman was unbelievably patient and polite. While that sounds like the bare minimum you’re not thinking about that when you’re short 3 bucks. You never know what someone’s going through and I thank this place for their manners

Best flower Ive found in Missoula. I have had rude service here a couple of times. I actually walked out one time. Lately the service has been great though.

Wonderful service, brilliant products. Bring cash. I got the Horchata Caramels, and they are one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Caramel, with vanilla extract (vanilla is highly underrated), dipped in white chocolate, and sprinkled with cinnamon. Give it a good chew, enjoy such a delicious blend of flavor, and have a better day with diminished pain. It's the perfect use of $20, and you can also tip the clerk a couple bucks with that maximum amount. I'm going to be a regular customer for sure.
