One of the worse place now they tell you one then do another they said I have a 50 dollars coupon I tried to go use it and now I was sudden it's just gone and no one know what happened to even the person who told me I had it don't know what to say

Customer service was fantastic. Product was ass. Both prerolls I bought were lose and most of the product was falling out or fell out. Had to repack myself and it was 3/4 the size it should be. Disappointing

I usually visit the North Valley location but they sadly just closed. However, the manager from North Valley is at Uptown now and the store was great for my first time. They were able to honor my medical card and were super friendly and accommodating. Bummer that North Valley closed, but Uptown is in good hands!

The day this place opened I was very impressed with their staff and here, I am four years later and I still give them a five star rating. I have been to other dispensaries in town and I still choose this one. They are courteous. They are knowledgeable and very professional and more than anything. They appreciate you.
