Today I had the pleasure of meeting KWEEN The customer service and the friendliness was an absolute selling point for me and for me to return to this location. The other staff members were just as welcoming. The facility is extremely clean and efficient.

Everyone is really cool and the always have decent sales.

Coming to the ethos Montgomery store provides the most variety. They always have the most recent up-and-coming strain. And all the classic drops. Quality and turnover product is high so you're never getting an old batch.

Horrible experience of a potential first time customer today! Parked in a spot, went to get my husband (still on crutches after having major surgery) and got SCREAMED AT by an extremely rude employee with an attitude who poked her head out the door when she saw me park. I guess she assumed we were parking there and leaving. But the problem is she didn’t bother to ask! We had been next door having lunch and I was going over to help get my husband! He was coming over to get information since he newly has his medical card after the surgery. The way the employee treated me yelling through the parking lot in front of my 3 yr old son, we will NEVER give them any business now. The funny thing was during this whole interaction I saw someone leaving an adjoining store on the same strip and get into her car which was also parked in an ethos spot. I noticed the employee didn’t say ANYTHING to this lady, who let’s just say looked “different” than me. I work in a medical facility myself and would NEVER scream at anybody in the parking lot like this. Here’s a tip don’t scream at patrons who could’ve given you guys business. Contacting management but not expecting any kind of response. Will go to BBB, report to state if so. There are way too many better options than this dump that doesn’t understand how to treat people

Always a very pleasant and helpful staff. My favorite dispo to go to. Usually in and out in 5 minutes. Rewards program is definitely the best here!
