Rude and useless staffer sold me the wrong product after I specifically asked for it and refused to exchange or refund it before I even walked out the door. Idk about you but I avoid places that scam their customers. Chargeback all day. Edit: I wrote this before even seeing all the other reviews of people being scammed by these shameless people. Avoid this place like the plague.

Why won't they answer da phone, called like 4 times no one got time for me? I went to Elevated Smoke on 8th and they have the live rosin pens, the good ones not the cheap resin. this place has to be closed, they are closer to work and a friend said they are ok so was giving you all first chance, but the girl at the Elevated already knew this place has issues.
