I stop by this convenience store all the time, and Jacy is always the highlight of the visit. She’s friendly, welcoming, and genuinely takes care of customers. No matter how busy it gets, she stays patient and keeps the line moving. It’s rare to find someone who consistently brings good energy to their job, but Jacy does every single time. She’s a big reason I keep coming back.

Terrible experience at this store! I bought a loaf of bread, went home, and discovered it was covered in mold. I have the receipt, the packaging, and photos to prove it. When I returned to the store to exchange the item or get a refund, the employee refused, claiming that their store policy doesn’t allow returns or exchanges once a customer leaves the store. This kind of policy is completely unacceptable! The store should ensure the quality of its products instead of selling spoiled goods. Ignoring consumer rights and showing a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I do not recommend this store to anyone and will never shop here again.

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The staff member we interacted with was distracted the entire time, loudly discussing personal problems with someone while completely ignoring us. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and we didn’t receive the attention or service we expected. Customer service is key, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I hope they can improve this aspect for future customers.
