It's okay. I don't enjoy my experience there. With the new bike lanes on Clark St the Store is really inaccessible unless you're on foot, not at all easy to park, and the traffic in the neighborhood. The Store itself is to bougie, and I feel like there are to many redundant questions at every stop along the way. They have Airo brand though and that's the only reason I go.

I will be boycotting this dispensary after hearing about current and former employees treatment. As a former customer I’m appalled by the recent allegations against this dispensary and the other dispensaries they own including Sparked Dispensary. I was first made aware of this on TikTok by Tessa420 on TikTok. I was also made aware that this dispensary is not 100% employee own, I’m appalled by the actions of the owners of this dispensary and I encourage others to do your research before shopping here, especially when you can find better prices at literally every other dispensary in Chicago, even though they add the taxes to their website. Update: Also it seems like the owner of this company is an alleged supporter of Vladimir Putin or looks up to Vladimir Putin.

I have bought three different vape products here and all three died in some way long before they ran out of juice. I buy another brand from a street dealer and they refuse to quit.

My favorite dispensary for many reasons - tax included in pricing, lots of rewards and bonus products, the staff is incredible - s/o to Steve! The wait is never too long and the one time I had an issue with product they made it right immediately and are very transparent when it comes to which items are best. I have tried many dispensaries in Chicago and this is my favorite.

Service is quick and friendly and inventory is mostly great. I like that the website lets me know what's in stock. Be sure to bring your state id, and your medical card if you have one. Lots of choices and a great website.
