Horrible customer service!! Store is completely dead’ not a customer in site and they are out of pre rolls. I ask if they can make me some which they have done over 20 times. Guy basically says he doesn’t feel like it. Calls a manager named Adam who doubled down that they only do it when they feel like it. I left without getting anything and going to a vape place nearby I found in google with better pricing as well. I’m in the customer service business and this was as bad as it gets. Can’t see this place surviving if customers don’t matter. P.s where is the 0 star option?

Geordie and Promace are the two people that I met there. They are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They make it very easy and pleasant to get the supplies you need. I was having trouble with something and they helped me right away. Always remember to try and tip the people in this store.
