Dab City Tobacco & Vape

I rate dab city a -0. I purchased an item from Dab city. I put the batteries in the item and the item did not function correctly. When I tried to return the item for reimbursement, or at the least store credit, I was denied. The item was never used and still in the same packaging. That's bad business When you sell a product that does not function and is useless you should be required to make it right. I was robbed right to my face and there.is nothing I can do about it. Whats this world coming too. This is not a reputable establishment. It is a front for selling bad merchandise.

How does dab city have no DAB STUFF make it make sense

Love this store, they have really good prices and awesome service. Today I had an issue where I realized a product I purchased there had a malfunction, and their associate Chelsea took it upon herself and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She deserves recognition for her customer service and definitely ensured that they’ll have another regular customer in me. Thank you Chelsea and everyone at Dab city
