I had a good review up, but I'm tired of every time i buy a syringe and tell them explicit that it needs to go under the oral route and they continue to put it under inhalation. Three times already in the past two months, done with this place. They have no respect for your RECS.

I am writing to formally report an absolutely unacceptable experience I had at your location involving an employee named Chris, who claimed to be the manager on duty. I am appalled by his level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and complete lack of customer service skills. During my visit, Chris was extremely rude, disrespectful, and even went so far as to curse at me in front of my child. His tone was aggressive, condescending, and completely inappropriate for someone representing your company—especially someone in a management position. No customer should ever have to endure that kind of treatment, let alone in front of their family. What made the situation worse was his attitude. Rather than attempting to de-escalate or resolve the issue, he became increasingly hostile and unprofessional. His behavior not only reflects poorly on him but also on the entire company. It’s disturbing to think that someone with that attitude and lack of respect is in a position of authority. This experience has completely destroyed my trust and comfort in visiting this location again. I expect a formal apology and for corporate to take immediate disciplinary action against Chris. No customer should ever be subjected to verbal abuse or profanity from anyone representing your brand. I strongly recommend that corporate review how this location is being managed, because if this is the type of person leading the team, it explains why the customer experience is so poor. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that action is taken to ensure no one else has to go through what I did.
