This has always been my main dispensary…prob have spent over 1000 dollars here in the past, saturday night i bought a high minded cartridge and went to use it sunday and it didn’t work… i called this morning and because im a few hours past the 24 hour policy the manager will not allow me to bring it back in for an exchange so im out 20 bucks…there are plenty of dispensaries in the area so i will never spend a dime at cloud ever again…terrible customer service
