I had a terrible experience with 1 of your extremely rude employees, I brought in a defective Mello Fello cart that's completely clogged up and won't hit for nothing. I didn't even get to use half of it when it clogged and nothing is working to unclog it. So I took it to your shop and wouldn't you know the person behind the counter instead of being professional about it and replacing it he argued with me telling me all the Mello Fello carts do that and he's not replacing anything yet he'll give me a discount towards my next purchase. What kind of company does that, willingly selling defective products? You obviously don't honor your products when they're defective as in my case you just treat it as a cash grab and let your customers take the L... You've completely lost me as a customer and I hope your business fails !!!!

Edited review - This is my absolute #1 go to place in North Nashville. They have everything, are super transparent with their products and they take care of customers in such a great way!
