I purchased a $120 tincture here recently to help improve my sleep and anxiety. After taking the recommended dose, I found no improvement. I doubled the dose and still no help with my sleep or anxiety. I also usually check ingredients prior to purchasing a product however I trusted the American Shaman name and didn't check. After consuming I found several artificial ingredients and preservatives that I would NEVER knowingly consume. I attempted to return to the store with a request for store credit. I was denied by the employee and recommended to email the owner, Ryan. I emailed Ryan with no response. This was the most expensive and least effective tincture I have ever purchased. I am super disappointed that it was not effective, had artificial ingredients and that this store would not stand behind their product.
