They have most of the same staff as they did when they were elemental but I believe the service and everything else was better when it was elemental the only reason it still got five stars is because they kept the current staff if it wasn't for the lady that works there I wouldn't go to the shop anymore cuz I am not a fan of the new owners

Wouldn't sell CBD to me even though I had my ID. Rude. I've been there before and I'm a chronic pain patient, I really needed it. I am over 21 so idk what that response is about but nice try trying to save face.

We were visiting from out of state. I had a herniated disk and was in the worst pain of my life. we had a 12 hour drive ahead of us and one of our friends recommended a topical. Honestly we are new to the CBD game and we weren't sure what to expect. Caleb helped my wife find the topicals and gave her some advice in the best way to use them. The relief I felt was almost instant and we were able to make the 12 hour drive home. That night I took an edible that Caleb recommended and i can honestly say best sleep I have had in years. Highly recommend Black Hill CBD and Caleb! Thanks for your help!

The guy working in there today was incredibly rude. He came out from the back when I was at the counter and acted “put out” that he had a customer. I asked him for a certain strain of flower, which he didn’t have. I asked him for something similar and he shoved the menu at me and said “I don’t know where she put stuff on here.” He obviously doesn’t know his product nor his menu, and has HORRIBLE customer service. I liked coming here until I dealt with him today.
