LOVE their deals, pricing and rewards program! Their menu is pretty diverse as far as medical/recreational. I would love to see more topical choices. My only complaint is, my extracts are not always upright in the bag when the budtender brings it out. 😡 The employees who fill orders SHOULD be educated and or reminded on the importance of keeping these products upright. No one enjoys digging their product out of the cap. Great dispensary overall.

10/10 do not recommend. I’ve never had a manger start an argument with me to be right DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was the rudest experience I have ever had here with the manger Bri. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And on top of that the ladies in the front were SO NICE, but then Bri came out and had to be smart and unprofessional when I went up there. I’ve never been spoken to like that at a place of business. Completely disrespectful and disgusting that they hire people like her for “customer service”. The blonde haired manager with glasses with her Front of her neck, covered in tattoos.

This place is an absolute joke & beyond hello dispensaries will never get another dime out of me moving forward. I went to this location a while ago and when I went inside and I was getting my phone out of my pocket and before I could one of the associates freaked out on me because he thought I was trying to take photos and videos of the inside of the location. I think I just ran into a miserable human and I hope this person doesn’t work there anymore.

**CONSUMER/CUSTOMERS BE AWARE** So when this place first opened up, I sat down with an employee to sign up for the rewards accounts. Every time I came to the store for a purchase, the employee at the front desk told me that my account is active and I’m earning points. A few months ago I found out I have not received a single point and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. I have been emailing management and corporate about these issues and they still refuse to give me the points that I earned. They said all they can do is give me about 300 points even when I should have thousands. I will never spend another dime here again. I have been a loyal customer from day one and they still refuse to make things right.

The negative reviews are not wrong. There is no point in using the website, ordering online is the exact same as having to use their tablets when you go in there. Business is setup like visiting someone in prison. On 11/01/25 at 2pm the girl at the front desk was nice but the guy was really rude, talking to me when I wasn’t even looking at him and laughing derisively when he had to repeat himself because I didn’t know you had to “check in” first before using the tablet. They don’t want you to even glance in the general direction of the menu on the tablets without checking in first. After waiting to show your id and literally having to kick the door open you have to wait in another line to show your id again to get your order. The people who work there don’t even know what they sell. They were surprised to learn they have cookies.

Shout out to Adrian who is the best, he's always happy to see you and to help you find what you need to get high! Love this shop, and love that they have people like Adrian in the place, everyone working there deserves a raise and a good tip on your purchase!
