Best customer service I’ve had in a while. the girl that was there was on point with everything and made sure I got vape juice that didn’t suck and a vape that I wanted. 100/10 experience thank you again 🙏🏽

I’ve purchased refillable vapes here many times and something always went wrong.. unable to charge,over heating,juice seeping out when not in use, etc. so I decided this go round since it’s been a while that I purchased anything from the shop I would get a geek bar pulse X well just like many of my previous visits. Things went wrong. This geek bar would normally last myself too maybe even three weeks as I am not like an excessive vapor I’m mostly Use the vape when working my night job and that’s only two times a week so within the first week for whatever reason the vape would not hold it’s charge it will go from 100% to 50% after two pulls also, after each pole smoke would come from the bottom part of the vape once I set it down not sure if that’s normal. I never really noticed with any other vape.And the juice was done so fast to the point where I started to watch it after each pull and I would say within three pulls it would drop down 2% at a time. I’m not sure if maybe I just got a defect geek bar, but this has never happened to me with any other geek bar, but it just so happens that the one vape store that always ends up selling me a product that has an issue this happens and yes, I closed the vent when not in use I don’t charge the vape with a wall outlet. I do everything that I’m supposed to do put it that way so I’m sure it’s not a user error, but this is definitely the last time that I plan to ever buy a product from these guys.

God, I really love artisan and vapor. It’s really feels like home and I can come play pool and hang out and be myself and no one can tell me what to do. I really like the owner Faizan and I really like Lain!
