I went there last night after picking up my pizza next door and I wasn't even acknowledged!! The store was nice and organized AND I was ready to spend, but I walked in, browsed around and was basically invisible!! There were 4 people inside. So it's not like it was packed. A simple hello would've been nice.

Went back to suggest they inspect new shipments for a defect as a piece of mine had a defect that made it snap after less than a month - no one’s fault- the higher management Mike and the team member Zak were not only receptive to the feedback but made it right in offering me a new piece at a great discount and some samples of merch - something that they usually wouldn’t do as it’s all sales final. Not only that but I purchased their brand Vape and G-41 is a 10/10 experience
