Not coming to this place again. Bought a cart for $50 and it wasn’t full and tasted awful. Very disappointed.

Placed & confirmed $70 order online. At pickup they wanted $100. They said they are not honoring online prices, but could give to me for $80. My 60 saved points have disappeared but they said they will restore at some future date that they can't name. All due to a change in management. I left without the order.

San Jose is fire for customer service and selection. The RWC store has a fire selection but terrible customer service. San Jose store is where it’s at.

They know thir stuff but a gram should be 10 dollars n just cuz my id is expired 1 day dosnt mean I expired too

I’ve come here for the longest time, usually no issues but yesterday I had gotten a gramlin cart here and had to come back three damn times!! Just because they kept swapping it out with an old cart that wouldn’t create any smoke and when I got the most recent one, another defective cart, when I came in to see if I could swap it in they had nothing else in the same price range. I tried seeing if I could get a raw garden with points, why did I lose $20 in points trying to exchange, I had $50 when I was getting the gramlin cart but only had $30 when trying to exchange. Honestly if you’re reading this, save you some money and time and go to the cake house, they’ve been friendly each time I go and have really good prices.

They sell burnt vapes that taste like rubbish and they refuse to exchange. What a joke. Poor customer service here.
