Should maybe do 2 stars since I did save 50% on the same exact items at copper canyon but since the lady who was keeping your shop loved her But I do love convenience and competitive prices around the fort so hope this helps next time I shop there i do not want to have to tell everyone I love save alot go to copper canyon

Terrible customer service they say they will exchange same day but I bought at close one night next day I called to see if they would exchange it as it wasn’t going to work due to the angle on it was trying to exchange even for 1/4 the value just to get something that would work. The manager said it’s company policy I asked if he could escalate to see if he could make an exception since he sold it to me so late the night before he wouldn’t even try or accommodate in anyway. This is also the same shop I went in looking for a pivot and they said it was old technology and buy this quad coil yocan that isn’t even close in quality to the pivot. Bottom line terrible customer service I’m willing to eat a bad purchase even though it was recommended but to not do an exchange on an unused product that wouldn’t work at the recommendation of the manager Stay away

The guys here were awesome they know their stuff. bought some gummies and boy they make you feel very very good. I recommend going here for sure.

Went to purchase some zyns and a super cool beared man helped me. He was very personable and friendly. Cool vibes in this store will be back
